01 · Confidentiality

Each campaign requires you to execute a confidentiality agreement before any materials are shared. The defendant's identity, the substance of the matter, and the underlying memorandum are all non-public information.

02 · The pledge

Your pledge is processed by Open Aggregators and recorded as campaign-specific credits in a verifiable ledger. Credits are not a donation, a subscription, or equity. They are a redeemable position scoped to a single campaign issuer.

03 · Redemption

On documented resolution, credits redeem at a multiple of their pledged value — defined per campaign. If a campaign closes without resolution, terms specified in the campaign documents govern.

04 · A shared infrastructure

Every campaign on Level The Field shares one identity, one wallet, and one payment rail. Participation in one campaign carries forward: future campaigns may be discoverable, recommended, or purchasable in the same checkout. Your record of participation is yours.
